755+1064nm picosecond model: 2 years, stated on that model's own detail page only.
Hydra dermabrasion smart ice model: 1 year, stated on that model's own detail page only.

No other model on this site carries a warranty figure, because no other model's published page states one that was recorded. The two-year figures and the one-year figure are never combined into a site-wide warranty, and a buyer should not assume that a model without a stated figure carries either one.

After-sales wording, per model

The 360 cryolipolysis model's published page lists free spare parts, online support and video technical support. The picosecond model's published page lists onsite installation, field maintenance and repair service, and overseas call centers. Those two lists are the published pages' own wording for those two models only, and neither list is generalised to other models. For models whose published pages do not state after-sales arrangements, this site states none.

What to confirm

Before ordering, confirm for the exact item what the warranty covers, what it excludes, how a claim is handled, and what after-sales support is available. Confirm those points in writing, because the published pages state warranty durations without publishing full warranty terms. Certificates are available upon request.
