Inquiry Checklist: Confirm Before You Pay
Confirm these points in writing
- The exact item and model you are ordering, and its specification sheet.
- The minimum order quantity for that item. Quantities differ by item and no single site-wide figure is published here.
- The lead time for your quantity and destination. No lead time is presented here as a guaranteed delivery promise.
- The price for your item and quantity. No fixed prices are published on this site.
- Certificates, if your market requires them. Certificates are available upon request.
- The warranty for that exact model, including what it covers and excludes. Warranty figures are never generalised across models on this site.
- The training expected for operators and the after-sales support available.
- The regulatory position for your intended market.
Points that are still open on this site
Several points on this site are deliberately left open because they have not been confirmed: the company's business type description, which differs between its own description and third-party listings; the employee count, for which two published sources give different figures; the minimum order quantities and lead times, which are not published for these items; and the certificate documents, which are not published by name or number. An inquiry should ask about any of these points that matter to your purchase, and the answers should be confirmed in writing before payment rather than assumed from this site.
How to phrase your inquiry
State the equipment group, the model if you have one in mind, the quantity you plan to order, and the market you will use the equipment in. Then ask for the specification sheet, the minimum order quantity, the lead time, the price, the warranty terms and the certificate documents for that item. If you need a custom or original equipment manufacturing arrangement, say so at the start and ask about development and sampling terms, because none is stated on this site.
